10 - 11:30 a.m. Mark Twain or General Vallejo Historic Re-Enactment Walking Tour of the Sonoma Plaza. One and one-half hours long

12 - 1:30 p.m. Luigi, the Singing Italian Chef serves exquisite lunch in private room at restaurants on the Plaza and entertains with song and stories.
Wine included. Wide variety of menus planned in advance.

2 - 3 p.m. Professor Vine entertains and informs with a hilarious wine lecture complete with wine at tasting rooms and other private venues.

Sonoma Plaza History/Food/Wine Experience is $150 a person, minimum of 6, maximum of 25.

For an extra fee add Fred: the Ultimate "Step-on Guide." Fred will get on bus or van with your group at their hotel and journey with them to the Sonoma Plaza. He will then re-appear as Mark Twain or General Vallejo! Hilarity ensues.
